The Restaurant Manager will play the key role in the operation of our restaurants. The Restaurant Manager has the overall responsibility for:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all product production.
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure serve times are met.
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Train and manage personnel
• Create and adjust food ordering to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

• Previous experience in Restaurant Management
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hands on environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
